I am not a Luddite in a crusade against e-mail - many of our Regulars have our e-mail. But over 15 years of providing, I've found that one-liner e-mail junkies (or texters) are simply NOT SERIOUS about an appointment. So put a smile on my face today - pick up the phone! : )
